The beauty of working in this field is the versatility of the products generated from a single 3d model. The more that model is utilized the more cost-effective the individual deliverables can be. Renderings can be used on the web, promotional print, or large billboards; animations can be streamed online or other displays; 360 virtual reality tours can be interacted with via a browser or viewer. These deliverables can be stand-alone or combined, the choice is yours.

RENDERING

Renderings make up the primary service I am asked to provide.

Sometimes I provide renderings of a clear, concise, fully designed project - data received, rendering delivered.

Other times, and more frequently, I’m involved in the design process to help explore, refine, adjust and develop the project, whether at a Master Plan or Pre-Concept or Concept phase.

ANIMATION

Moving though a project by watching a video can provide additional inspiration, tell a story and allow for a more complete picture of a project as a whole.

Videos can be produced typically in the 3-6 minute range. Rich materials, lighting, choreographed movement, voice-over, music scoring, environmental soundscapes, are choreographed into an effective video showing what the finished project will look, feel and sound like. These productions have primarily been used to help raise millions of dollars in fundraising campaigns.

360 VR TOUR

Placing the audience into the project virtually is a way that allows them to look around 360 degrees thereby seeing more than a still rendering, and being in control of where they want to look.

This is done by viewing the project as a VR 360 tour on a screen or with a 3d viewer. By standing on the project site and using a smartphone and 3d viewer, you can physically turn around and see what the final project will look like and how it compares to the current site condition. Alternately, exploration can occur via a web browser and mouse/touch screen.
